Take a look at our New Library Building Design
New & Notable
Thanks to the Salt Spring Island Foundation for their grant for new equipment for the library. The new bookcarts make it easier to shelve books in the smaller temporary library, and children who come for Storytime love the new rug in the Library Annex. We look forward to moving them into the new library this fall.
Start the New Year with fun at the Library with StoryTime. StoryTime will be in the Library Annex, 108 Jackson Avenue. Flags will be flying outside the Library Annex door during StoryTime to help you find us. Click here for more info and for the schedule.
Find us at the temporary library at 118 Jackson Avenue (beside Co-op gas station) during regular hours Monday - Saturday 10am -5pm. Handicapped and other parking is available at the top of the driveway, and limited parking is also available at the bottom of the driveway and on Jackson Ave.
